Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Anaheim, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project will transform and expand the existing Boysen Park with new and updated amenities, which have been requested by the community, including basketball courts, play areas, shaded picnic areas, refurbished baseball fields, skate park, dog park, soccer fields, fitness zones, softball, and more. This project is included in the City of Anaheim's FY 2023-2024 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Per the owner, as of March 4, 2024, construction on this project is more than a year away. The owner states that they currently only have a Master Plan developed for the park improvements. No permits or construction documents yet. Construction is anticipated in 2026. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
