The goal of the County, through this RFQ, is to assemble a list of several highly-qualified companies that can be utilized, as needed. The agreement(s) with the companies, as a result of this RFQ, shall be considered Blanket Purchase Agreements. The Blanket Purchase Agreement authorizes, but does not obligate, the County to utilize any minimum or maximum, dollar amount or quantity of services from any specific company.
