The City of Lubbock request bids to secure a maintenance program that will provide inspection services for Fire Alarm Sprinkler and Backflow systems. Questions Due Date: Feb 15th 2024, 2:00 PM CST All requests for additional information or clarification concerning this invitation to bid (ITB) must be submitted in writing no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the bid closing date and addressed to: Yolanda Busby, Buyer II City of Lubbock 1314 Ave. K, Floor 9 Lubbock, TX 79401 Fax: (806) 775-2164 Email: YBusby@mylubbock.us The contract shall be for a term of one (1) year, with the option of four (4), one (1) year extensions, said date of term beginning upon formal approval. This Contract will renew automatically for the additional terms, unless either Party gives 90-day written notice to terminate the Contract.
