The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting sealed bids for qualified vendors experienced in the services of non-destructive evaluation (NDE) inspections as well as destructive testing, upon request, for tanks storing chemicals or other materials as utilized in Water and Wastewater Treatment Processes (tank/tanks). If required, bid security shall be submitted in the same manner as your bid. Any bid submitted without bid bond or cashiers/certified check, where required, shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Performance and/or payment bonds, when required, shall be submitted to NTMWD, prior to commencement of any work pursuant to the agreement provisions. The initial term of this agreement shall commence on the date of the last signatory and shall be for a period of two (2) years. The District reserves the right to renew the agreement for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods. All questions regarding this request for bid shall be submitted, in writing, to nleyva@ntmwd.com no later than FEBRUARY 16, 2024, PRIOR TO 4:00 P.M. CENTRAL TIME. All questions will be addressed in an addendum. Questions received after the deadline may not be answered.
