Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a 183,128-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

A. The Project consists of the construction of a new fifth to eighth grade middle school, serving 1,080 students. It will consist of two buildings (per code), accessible by two connectors, one serving a four-story main academic building with limited staff offices, and the other serving more public and support spaces including a gymnasium, cafetorium, small dining, kitchen, administration conferences, and support spaces. 1. The project area is approximately 183,128 square feet square feet. 2. The preliminary estimated project construction cost is approximately $124,500,000. Construction of the Middle School totaling 183,128 GSF. The new school will be located adjacent to the existing school in the current field. Demolition and sitework will follow, after completion and move-in to the new school. The project also includes a new parking lot, landscaping, utilities, and playground area.
