**As of February 28, 2024, project was awarded to GridCon, in the amount of $29,963.65.** Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and material to construct concrete foundations as per LES Specifications S-24-02 included in this solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Construction and Installation Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating; and 4) Complete the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 2/15/2024 4:00 PM The documents upon which all bids are to be based include the Instructions to Bidders, Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond, Contract, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Technical Specifications, Drawings (if any), and all written modifications incorporated in these Documents before their execution, which are collectively referred to as the Contract Documents. Communications and technical questions concerning this Bid shall be submitted using the LES Online Procurement System.
