Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Standard Construction Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form. The documents upon which all bids are to be based include the Instructions to Bidders, Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond, Contract, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Technical Specifications, Drawings (if any), and all written modifications incorporated in these Documents before their execution, which are collectively referred to as the Contract Documents The successful bidder shall comply with all laws and regulations enacted and promulgated by the United States, the state of Nebraska, and any political subdivision thereof which govern the conduct of the Contractor during the performance of its obligations under the contract entered. LES may, in its sole discretion, reject any or all bids, or waive minor defects, irregularities, or informalities therein.
