A timeline for award has not yet been established. the Project Consists of Constructing a Gabion Stacked Wall to Stabilize an Undermined Sanitary Sewer Pipe and Installing an Erosion Control Blanket on an Eroded Stream Bank. The Pipe Runs Along the West Bank of the Green Brook. The Undermined Section is Located Near the Convergence With the Raritan River, Near the Border of the Boroughs of Bound Brook and Middlesex, Nj. All Work Will Be Included Under a Single Overall Contract. Bidders Shall Submit a Consent of Surety With Their Bid in Accordance With N.j.s.a. 40a:11-22 Obligating the Surety Company to Provide the Bidder, if Successful, With Performance and Payment Bonds in the Full Amount of the Contract. Bid Security Must Accompany Each Bid and Shall Be in the Amount of 10% of the Bid, but Not in Excess of $20,000.00, and May Be Given, at the Option of the Bidder, by Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond Made Payable to Owner. the Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, as Well as the Right to Waive All Informalities in Awarding a Contract Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the Owner. All questions about the meaning or intent of the contract documents shall be submitted to the Owner and engineer

written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
