The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the "Town") is soliciting Bids from qualified contractors ("Bidders") to provide asphalt roadway rehabilitation for Bethesda Side Road from Warden Avenue to Woodbine Avenue in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville. The Specifications and Scope of Work (collectively, the "Work") for this project are as set out in this Request for Tender (RFT), as may be amended by addendum issued by the Town. The Town reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award in whole or in part (including, without limitation, by item or groups of items), or to award to more than one Bidder, or not to award. The Successful Contractor must have experience with CIREAM (Cold In-place Recycling using Expanded Asphalt Mix) method.
