Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/27 02:00:00 PM NST The NLC is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers for the provision of Lawn Maintenance Services at the following locations in St. John's, NL: NLC Corporate Office, 90 Kenmount Road NLC Corporate Office, 85 O'Leary Avenue NLC Liquor Store, 456 Topsail Road NLC Distribution Centre, 300 East White Hills Road The Work under this contract shall include but not necessarily be limited to the following: (a) All lawn care such as mowing, grooming, lawn soil testing, disease treatment, dethatching, application of lime and fertilizer. (b) Care of all trees, shrubs/bushes, ornamentals and flower beds. (c) Supplying and installing all bedding and plants, i.e. structure, fill, flowers and bulbs as described herein. (d) Soil testing and fertilization of all flower beds and lawns. (e) Weekly inspections of grounds. (f) Provide all labour, materials, equipment and test instruments for the proper performance of all the work of this contract. (g) Yearly aeration of all lawns by mechanical means. The contractor is to perform the following services in the times specified in each year of the Contract. The term of the contract shall be (Year 1) from May 20, 2024 to October 18, 2024 (21 weeks) and (Year 2) from May 19, 2025 to October 17, 2025 (21 weeks). After the initial term, the contract may be extended on a mutually agreed basis for one additional term from May 18, 2026 to October 15, 2026 (Optional Year 3).
