the construction of the Malmo Loop Farm Development Regional Force Main and Water Main Extension Contract 2 project. After Bids are opened, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the Contract. BRW&S H2GO intends to award this Contract at a subsequent Board Meeting. The Project consists of the following major items: Installation of 14,000 linear feet of 10-inch force main and appurtenances, including multiplate horizontal directional drills and dry bore and jacks. Installation of approximately 470 linear feet of 12-inch water main and appurtenances, including a dry bore and jack.
