Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dripping Springs, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Drainage piping, including approximately 18"- 54" RCP and 5'x4' - 10'x8' RCB, headwalls, manholes, inlets and appurtenances; Water piping, including 8" - 20" mains, valves and appurtenances; Wastewater piping consisting of 6" - 8" DI and PVC forcemain pipe, one lift station and appurtenances; Paving, sidewalk, curb and gutter, signing and striping; Sedimentation and Erosion Control; and Various Other Site Improvements. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract Documents and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the successful bidder shall deliver, at the bid opening address, the original certified or cashier's check within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
