Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to complete the following construction project, Repair Roof, Bldg. 917, to include the following: Repair the main hangar roof of B-917 by replacement with a new standing seam metal roof. Install rigid insulation, steel purlins, and new standing seam metal panels and necessary flashing. Install gutters, downspouts, snow guards, fall protection anchor points, and lightning protection. Work will be performed at the 914th Air Refueling Wing, Niagara Falls ARS, Niagara County, NY. Performance time is 270 calendar days and consists of 2 phases, with Phase 1 NTE 30 calendar days. A single Firm Fixed-Price construction contract will be awarded. This solicitation is set-aside 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, (SDVOSB). The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $45,000,000.00. Bid, Payment and Performance Bonds will be required. Liquidated damages will be identified in the solicitation and placed under the proposed contract. All applicable provisions and clauses will be included in the actual solicitation.
