Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Lidgerwood, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,650-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Department of Transportation Requests Bids for Construction of a 7,650 Square-foot Pre-engineered Steel Equipment Storage Building at Lidgerwood , Nd. The bid security must be in a sum equal to five percent of the full amount of the bid including alternates and must be in the form of a bidder's bond. A bidder's bond must be executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in North Dakota, conditioned that if the principal's bid is accepted and the contract awarded to the principal, the principal, within 10 days after notice of the award, shall execute a contract in accordance with the terms of the bid and the bid bond as required by law and regulations of the NDDOT. If a successful bidder does not execute a contract within the 10 days allowed, the bidder's bond will be forfeited to the NDDOT. Bidders must be licensed for the full amount of the bid including alternates as required by North Dakota Century Code Section 43-07-12. Such license must have been in effect at least 10 days prior to the date of the bid opening. NDDOT reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
