Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bedford, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project Scope consists of approximately 5,500' of 18" and 24" gravity sewer, roadway restoration, sidewalk improvements and right-of-way restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders ***Document Note: Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the City of Bedford, 1614 L Street, Bedford, IN, 47421, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Printed copies or electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon non-refundable payment of $250 for each set. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to "Lochmueller Group, Inc.". Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither the Owner nor the Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
