Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Houghton, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 21,680-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Description: Construction of a new 20,000 s.f. heated masonry and steel building for the storage and maintenance of vehicles. Construction includes site preparation, concrete foundations and slabs, load-bearing masonry walls, steel bar joists and roof deck, steel wall panels, fully-adhered membrane roof, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler system, lighting, electrical, and sitework. Please note, this project is a Prevailing Wage Project under the State of Michigan Law Prevailing Wages on State Projects, MCL 408.1101 et seq.
