2/22/24 - Amendment No. 0001 has been included as an attachment to this announcement and solicitation. The amendment extends the offer due date to 2/28/24 at 3pm. An additional amendment with answers to questions submitted by potential offerors is forthcoming. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), has a new construction effort for the repair of the damaged plumbing system caused by leaking pipes at the Colorado Springs, CO Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). There is no set-aside for this project. Competition is UNRESTRICTED. ESTIMATED SIZE RANGE: $50,000 - $150,000 The Request for Proposal, Wage Rates, Scope of Work, Supporting Documents, RFIs and Past Experience Form are attached to this Announcement.
