This request for proposals (RFP) is for the demolition of three single family dwellings located at 1010 North Parkwood Road, 600 Commerce Drive, and 475 Landover Drive, all located in Decatur, Georgia 30030. sealed, dated and enclosed in an envelope appropriately marked on the outside "Structure Demolition and Site Stabilization", marked with the name of the bidder and date and hour of opening. The work requested by the City of Decatur, Georgia includes structure demolition, hazardous materials abatement, disposal, and site stabilization., as described further in the Scope of Services. - Responsible handling, abatement, and disposal (abiding by all applicable federal, state, and local regulations) of environmentally hazardous materials reported to be on site, including but not limited to lead paint and asbestos. o Removal, handling, and disposal of all non-hazardous materials remaining in the structures or otherwise on the properties.
