Work tasks for the seal coat include filling of cracks in the pavement, application of an asphalt surface treatment, and application of temporary and permanent pavement markings. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cash, cashiers check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid.
