Reference number : 1807275 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-02-22 The purpose of this call for tenders is to obtain bids for the supply, delivery and installation of equipment for ten (10) videoconference rooms for the modernization of meeting rooms in the Marie-Guyart building in Quebec. These rooms will all be designed based on unified collaboration systems certified for the Microsoft Teams Room platform, currently used at the Department. The system design will focus on modularity to ensure that it is not limited to the current platform. Unified collaboration systems will include: Video conferencing computer running on the Windows 11 Enterprise IoT or Windows 11 Enterprise (VL) platform with an up-to-date version of the Microsoft Teams Room client Network, audio, video connection interfaces (camera and wired content sharing) Camera(s) Microphones Speakers Touch control unit Main display (one or two video monitors appropriate for the size of the room) Secondary display (one or more additional monitors if necessary depending on the type of room) Remote control and monitoring device module All details can be found in the tender document.
