Patuxent Institution is requesting bids to repair & replace perimeter lighting to satisfactory standards.:The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, supervision, permits, Insurance, transportation, etc. necessary to provide repairs to the specified perimeter lights at Patuxent Institution, located at 7555 Waterloo Road. Jessup, MD 20794. Repair services are being sought to repair the perimeter lighting which presently consist of 35 foot tall, 1000 watt metal halide lighting, specifically the repair of perimeter lighting will include but not limited to the following: 1. Replacement of (90) 1000 watt metal halide lamps 2. Replacement of (90) 1000 watt metal halide ballast The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to repair and replace ninety (90), 35 foot tall, 1000 watt metal halide light poles that surround the perimeter of Patuxent Institution Claims arising from Worker's Compensation statutes or similar employee benefit acts, or third-party legal liability claims arising from bodily injury, sickness and disease, or death of the Contractor's employees. The minimum limits of such coverage shall be as required by law. Third-party legal liability claims arising from bodily injury and/or damages to the property of others from the ownership, maintenance or use of any motor vehicle, both onsite and offsite, owned by the Contractor. The minimum combined limit for personal injury and property damage liability shall be $500,000 per occurrence.
