Important Notice: A site visit concerning the Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) was conducted on August 8, 2024, at 9:00 AM. During the visit, no questions were raised, and a total of seven (7) elevators were observed. The elevators that were inspected are detailed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, Appendix A. The elevator buidlings observed were: Bldg. 222 Bldg. 581 Bldg. 842 Bldg. 864 Bldg. 1161 Bldg. 45 Bldg. 105 End of Notice Those in attendance: Johnnie Walker/49th CONS/575-572-0047 Greg PItman/CES/CEOS Sam Butson/CES/CEOS Jeremy Bobo/JER&CO Elevators This solicitation notice is an anouncement of a requirement for Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) Maintenance, Repair & Inspection Services at Holloman Air Force Base. Description of Work: The contractor shall provide all (VTE) management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the real property in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. All work must adhere to the standards set forth by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 3-600-01 for Fire Protection Engineering for Facilities, including the latest publications of all guidance and instructions. Additionally, compliance with all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards and recommendations from original equipment manufacturers is required. Estimated Period of Performance (PoP): 01 October 2024 - 30 September 2029 (a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods). Expected Award Date: Mid September 2024 Site Visit: 08 Aug 2024 at 0900 MDT. NOTICE: Vendors planning to attend the Site Visit must submit no more than two names (First and Last Name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, & Citizenship) to the Contract Administrator, no later then 06 Aug 2024 at 1300 MDT, in order for Holloman AFB Security Forces to process for base access. Failure to submit individuals for clearance will result in no gained access to the installation. Questions Due: 12 Aug 2024 at 1100 MDT.
