The proposed project consists of the loading, transportation and land application of up to 2,500 cubic yards of biosolids for the 2024, 2025 and 2026 calendar years. Contractor shall provide the above services at least twice each year with a third haul that is optional based on Village needs without additional cost for mobilization or other expenses. Village realizes that it needs to be flexible due to weather and crop planting and harvesting for actual scheduling. In general, the first sludge hauling each year will occur between February and May and the second will occur between September and December. At each hauling, the sludge storage building will be required to be completely emptied. Each of the two optional one-year extensions (2027 and 2028) shall be increased by 2%from the previous year price. The optional one-year extensions to the contract will be solely at Village discretion
