Renovation of an educational facility in Papillion, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 48,868-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; and 56-space educational facility.
Sub bids have been received. Construction is expected to start in the summer of 2024. Sampson Construction , acting as the Construction Manager at Risk for Papillion LaVista Community Schools (PLCS), invites you to submit a bid for Tara Heights Elementary School Addition and Renovation project Bid Package #2 Site located in Papillion, NE. The package includes construction of a 56 car parking lot and new playgrounds. Scopes of work for this bid package include site clearing, site demolition, earthwork, grading, concrete paving, sidewalks, fencing, playground surfacing, playground equipment relocation, striping, signage, landscaping, irrigation, and site utilities. Construction of the new addition, renovation of the existing building, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Low Voltage have already been bid in previous bid packages and are not included in the scope of work. Substantial Completion (Total Project) July 10th, 2025 Final Completion (Total Project) August 1st, 2025 Bidders and Sub-Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which must reach the Construction Manager at least four (4) business days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
