From firms to provide construction manager at risk services for its John McIntire Library Renovation Project This Project is anticipated to include a remodel of the existing 60,000 square foot John McIntire Library, a historic Carnegie library building, which was expanded in the late 1980s/early 1990s. This remodel Project is anticipated to stay within the current building footprint and include finishing the "roughed out" lower level to relocate the children's area, creating additional meeting spaces including additional small group rooms, and changes to better support patron needs for computer and internet access.
