Reference number: 1808280 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-02-22 The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for caulking and repointing work of the presbytery at Résidence Jean Placide Desrosiers, located at 55, avenue Ouellette, Lachine Québec H8R 1L4 in the Borough of Lachine. Without being limited to this, the scope of the work consists of replacing the sealant on the openings of the entire building, painting the wooden balconies of the presbytery and carrying out repointing work on the presbytery including the stone walls of the staircase in facade. The work will be carried out in a 5-story concrete and brick building which includes 83 housing units for the elderly. Duration of work: 40 working days. award is subject to final approval.
