Remove and replace concrete on South and West side of Kemmerer POE (please see attached pictures) 2. Demo and remove old concrete 3. Contractor to haul off existing concrete and handrails at their own expense 4. Remove soil to obtain 18" backfill 5. Lay in 12" of stabilizing soil and compact to DOT Specs 6. Lay in 6" of road base and compact to 90% 7. Concrete shall be 4500 psi with fiber 8. Form area of pour 9. Pour concrete, finish 10. Form and pour steps 11. Remove forms and debris 12. Bolt new handrail system into concrete with plates 13. Handrail Height shall be 34" to 38" per IBC 14. Handrail diameter shall be the same as existing and shall be 1.25"-2" per IBC 15. Repair Brick on corners of building 16. Perform QC walk with WYDOT Project Representative
