Site work and paving for a civil project in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Work consist of required construction services for pavement rehabilitation at toll zones 120 and 180 (west of the NW 32nd Avenue overpass), and toll zones 140 and 160 (east of the NW 17th Avenue overpass). The Work includes but is not limited to provision of Materials, Equipment, Labor, Maintenance of Traffic and all incidental items and services necessary to perform milling and resurfacing of the travel lanes and shoulders and install pavement marking components within the limits as shown in the Technical Exhibits and Exhibit B Scope of Services. In addition, the contractor shall coordinate with GMX for the installation of the loop infrastructure upon completion of milling and resurfacing operations. The contractor shall be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and dismantling the temporary traffic control to be used by GMX's tolling contractor. Work shall be in compliance with the current Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction and the Manual on Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) latest edition and revisions. Contract Time is Sixty (60) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Milling and resurfacing operations, and installation of loop infrastructure shall be completed in the first forty-five (45) Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall complete the placement of final pavement markings in the remaining fifteen (15) Calendar Days.
