Questions Due Date: Feb 23rd 2024, 3:00 PM CST The City of Dallas (City) is soliciting bids for a twelve (12) Month Sewer Manhole Lining Project contract. The project is to allow for the evaluation of a manhole lining process to provide structural rehabilitation to manhole walls, eliminate inflow, infiltration and exfiltration, to stop corrosion from sewer gases and chemicals and with a life expectancy of 50 years or more. This contract calls for the lining of no more than eight (8) predetermined manholes. The manholes will not exceed a depth of 10' and no more than 4' in diameter. All bidders submitting bids through the electronic bidding system shall scan and upload a copy of their $100.00 bid security (sealed bid bond, certified check or cashier's check) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original document(s) for the bid security shall be required from the recommended vendor(s) to be delivered to the city's purchasing agent upon request. Bid security shall be delivered to: Office of Procurement Services, 3rd floor, Dallas City Hall, Room 3FN, Dallas, Texas 75201.
