Reference Number 0000264265 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/03/01 12:00:00 PM EST The Montreal Port Authority (MPA) wishes to retain the services of a contractor to provide maintenance service for the medium voltage overhead and underground electrical network (12KV and 25 KV). The work consists of ensuring maintenance, troubleshooting, and modification of the APM medium voltage electrical distribution network by providing 2 linemen, 1st Class and a 2nd Class lineman as well as additional teams as needed. . Some work must be carried out using Vivi technical methods. Additional civil works will occasionally be required. Additionally, additional specialized vehicles must be provided upon request. Contractual duration: The initial duration of the Contract including the probationary period is FOUR (4) years, from its entry into force. The Contractor hereby grants to APM one (1) option to renew the Contract for an additional period of FOUR (4) years. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - Onsite Maintenance Required - Training Required Bid Bond - 10 % Performance Bond - 50 % Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
