Location of Services: The location of services shall be performed at Mojave River Hatchery, 12550 Jacaranda Ave., Victorville, CA. 92395 3. The location of services shall be performed at Mojave River Hatchery, 12550 Jacaranda Ave., Victorville, CA. 92395 Bids of $5,000 and over shall have enclosed, a Cashiers Check, Certified Check, or a Bidder's Bond executed as surety by a corporation authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California, made payable to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, in an amount equal to at least 10% of the amount bid. Commercial General Liability - Contractor must maintain general liability on an occurrence form with limits not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage liability combined with a $2,000,000 annual policy aggregate. The policy must include coverage for liabilities arising out of premises, operations, independent contractors, products, completed operations, personal & advertising injury, and liability assumed under an insured contract. This insurance must apply separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought subject to the Contractor's limit of liability. Automobile Liability - Contractor must maintain motor vehicle liability with limits not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit per accident. Such insurance must cover liability arising out of a motor vehicle including owned, hired and non owned motor vehicles. Pollution Liability - Contractor must maintain Pollution Liability covering the contractor's liability for bodily injury, property damage and environmental damage resulting from pollution and related clean up cost incurred, all arising out of the work or services to be performed under this contract.
