Abatement The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest. A non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held at the DuPage Care Center, 400 N. County Farm Rd,Wheaton, IL 60187 for prospective bidders. The County of DuPage will host this walkthrough on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at 9:00 AM (CST). Bidders may not withdraw their Bids for a period of 60 calendar days after the actual date of the opening of the Bids. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent of the Bid. The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. All questions regarding this bid should be emailed to Alex Prasauskas at aprasauskas@wightco.com. Questions must be received no later than 2:00 PM (CST) Friday, February16, 2024. An addendum will be published by 4:00 PM (CST) Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
