Closing Time: 2:30 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 3 addendum issued for this project. ** Question Acceptance Deadline Feb 20, 2024 02:30 PM NST The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and generally involves Heat Pump Replacement at GOCB Deer Lake, NL. .2 Work of this contract includes but is not limited to: .1 Replace seven (7) existing water-to-air heat pumps with new. .2 Replaced two (2) existing water-to-water heat pumps with new. .3 Provide power and controls to new heat pumps. .4 Flush and clean existing piping system. .5 Provide cutting/patching, ceiling removal/reinstatement as required to perform the work. .6 Provide complete new EMCS operator work station and complete building automation system graphics for the existing building automation system.
