The Colleton County School District is inviting qualified contractors to submit pricing to build a coveredcanopy for the cafeterias at both Bells Elementary and Hendersonville Elementary. Question Deadline 02/29/2024 at 11:00 AM ET Questions must be received by Via E-mail: ehamilton@colleton.k12.sc.us. Bidders shall address any questions regarding this solicitation directly to the Buildings & Grounds Director, Eric Hamilton at ehamilton@colleton.k12.sc.us and lgrant@colleton.k12.sc.us. Questions shall be in writing to the email given, referencing the IFB number. Award will be on or before March 21, 2024. Bids will be accompanied by a Proposer's bond or certified check equal to five percent (5%) of the total dollar value of the submitted bid. When bid bond is required, it shall be so stated in the Instructions to Proposers. Any prospective proposer, offeror, contractor, or subcontractor who is aggrieved in connection with the solicitation of a contract shall protest to the Chief Procurement Officer within fifteen (15) days of the date of issuance of the RFQ/IFB/RFP or other solicitation documents whichever is applicable or any amendment thereto, if the amendment is at issue. Any protest must be addressed to the Chief Procurement Officer, Colleton County School District, and submitted in writing (a) by email to smcrosby@colleton.k12.sc.us (b) by facsimile at 843-782-0021, or (c) post or delivery to 500 Forest Circle, Walterboro, SC 29488 The District reserves the right, to accept or reject, in part or in entirety, any or all quotes/bids/proposals, to negotiate with all qualified proposers and to cancel in part or in entirety this solicitation if it is in the best interest of the District. Further, the District reserves the right to waive any or all informalities or technicalities in order to serve the best interest of the District.
