Due to the scale of these replacements, they have been divided into several phases which run from 2021 to 2029. Following the replacements of the first phases, UQAM made the decision to replace all of the existing vertical blinds with new rolling solar shades. This replacement will be done following the installation of the new fenestration. Since this decision was made late, in this call for tenders, UQAM wishes to upgrade the projects already completed as well as the projects in progress. The projects affected by the installation of new rolling solar canvases are: Hubert-Aquin (A) Renovation of facades and windows at the Hubert-Aquin pavilion (A) Phase 1 (P20050AA) - 2022 Renovation of facades and windows at the Hubert-Aquin pavilion (A) Phase 2 - Sequence 1 (P22008AA) 2023 Renovation of facades and windows at the Hubert-Aquin pavilion (A) Phase 2 - Sequence 2 (P22008AA) 2024 Judith-Jasmin (J) Replacement of windows at the Judith-Jasmin pavilion (J) - Facades Berri (P21026JJ) - 2023-2024 Renovation of facades and windows at the Judith-Jasmin pavilion (J) - Maisonneuve sector - Facades Berri (P20018JJ) 2021-2022
