Orange Co., Paving - Routes 6, 207 & 42, Towns of Deerpark, New Windsor & Wawayanda. This project will correct pavement deficiencies on State Routes 42 and 207 in Orange County. The limits on State Route 42 are from Wilson Road to the Sullivan County line in the Town of Deerpark and Route 207 from Vance Road to Route 300 in the Town of New Windsor. The work will primarily improve the road surface to extend its service life and improve the quality and safety of the pavement. The project will also include the addition of centerline rumble strips along Route 6 from South Centerville Road to Mount Orange Road in the Town of Wawayanda. SDVOB: 6.00% Project Status The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Winter 2023/2024. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2024. Construction is expected to be completed in Fall 2024.
