Reference Number 0000264090 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/23 11:59:00 PM EST HVAC Maintenance Service Contract and inclusive of filters. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a business opportunity for a successful bidder to provide HVAC Maintenance Service at the Blue Water Bridge Plaza in Point Edward, Ontario. FBCL is requesting bids from interested contractors that can provide the services in accordance with requirements. The Federal Bridge Corporation Limited (FBCL) - Blue Water Bridge (BWB) preventive-maintenance (PM) contract shall be a fixed fee format and shall include a number of scheduled and rigorous activities such as the scope of maintenance performed during quarterly Equipment System Checks and filter changes. FBCL has approximately 60 units on site to be included in this service agreement. This contract shall extend 3 years from the date of award or end on March 31, 2027, whichever comes first. The pricing shall be submitted for a yearly basis and shall be for a period of three years beginning no later than April 01, 2024 through to March 31, 2027. FBCL reserves the right to retain or reject the proposals that it chooses. The lowest cost proposal, or any proposal, will not necessarily be accepted.
