The scope of the Grossmont College Building 42 HVAC Replacement will include replacing five existing Direct Expansion Cooling (DX) Rooftop Air Conditioning (AC) Units with same capacity units, and replace one DX Split System unit at the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) room with the same capacity. New rooftop AC units to match roof curb and supply/return opening dimensions of existing unit. Structural upgrades are required for one of the rooftop units with incidental roofing patch and repairs.
