Valley Regional Transit (VRT) is seeking quotes from qualified and experienced respondents (individuals or firms) to establish a "Service Agreement." The services described by the Agreement and this RFP will include Phase 1 Nampa Caldwell TOD Corridor Study and are more fully described in Exhibit A. The successful Offeror shall provide the services as described herein for an initial term of fourteen months commencing on approximately April 18, 2024, and expiring on June 30, 2025, with an option to renew upon mutual agreement of both parties under the same terms and conditions for one (1) additional one-year term. Notification of Intent to Award March 22, 2024 Notice to Proceed April 1, 2024 Question Deadline 02/21/2024 at 4:00 PM MT Prospective Offerors are encouraged to submit questions concerning the RFP. Questions concerning this RFP are to be submitted via email to Kevin Womack at procurement@ridevrt.org with "RFP 2024-04-18" listed in the subject line During the evaluation of submittals, VRT reserves the right to the following: o Contact any or all Offerors for additional information for clarification purposes, o Discard submittals which contain errors, or o At its sole discretion, waive disqualifying errors or gain clarification of error or information. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
