Finish on the framing to be Bronze Anodized. (See attached YES 45 TU Front) Web address for spec is 3.Frames to be glazed with tempered 1" Clear insulated Low E energy efficient glass. (Obscure glass required in bathrooms). 4.Contractor to demo all windows and will be responsible for removal and disposal of the existing materials necessary to install new. 5.Interior and exterior caulking is to be included. Windows will be non-opening though some with a thermally broken vent. (See attached YES SSG TU Vent) Web address for spec is: 6.Contractor shall provide installation of new windows/panels with removal/disposal of old windows/panels. 7.High performance sill flashing required to handle any water as well as a head receptor to handle any building movement. 8.All areas above the current windows where ACT is located shall be reworked and trimmed out properly to accept the new window frames. 9.Repair all areas around windows that may receive damage from demolition/installation and repaint to match existing adjacent wall areas. 10. Bidder or their authorized representatives are expected to fully inform themselves as to the conditions, requirement, and specifications before submitting bids; failure to do so will be at the bidder's own risk and he/she cannot secure relief on the plea of error.
