SUNY Canton is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for design and construction administration for the renovation of toilet rooms in Cooper Service Complex for accessibility. Provide design and construction administration to reconstruct the toilet rooms in the Cooper Service Complex. The project shall be based off a project study and schematic design. The design will include a hazardous materials survey and design, reconfiguring the existing interior spaces with the associated plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems that serve these spaces. The structural systems will not be affected by the work. The design consultant shall provide a project estimate prior to the final bid documents are complete. Consultant Selection - 4/2024 Design Completion - 1/2025 Consultants and Architects or Engineers providing professional services, must be licensed professionals by the New York State Education Department (SED)-Office of Professions: online Design $60,000 Construction - $500,000 Firms that are selected for the short list may be requested to participate in a Campus Walk Through Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% CR Number: 2106381
