Question Deadline: Tue Feb 20, 2024 2:00:00 PM (EST) Bid Pricing: $70.80 - Download Only Duration in months: 60 Submission Type: Online Submissions Only The Corporation of the City of Burlington (the "City") wishes to retain a supplier for supply and delivery of Cisco switches, cables, and related products for up to five (5) years. The intent is to establish a contract with the successful Bidder (the "Vendor") who can meet our evolving technology needs. The City uses Cisco switches across various remote sites except for Dell storage where Dell switches are used. The Vendor shall supply all the specified items based on instruction received from the City from time to time throughout term of the contract on FOB delivered basis. All products shall be brand-new, genuine items and Vendor shall provide the manufacturer's warranty. Refurbished, demo, open box, etc. will not be accepted. Shipping shall be included in scope and in the quoted price, while installation, configuration, or customization is not in scope of the work to be undertaken by the Vendor. The Vendor shall provide standard-tier support and maintenance services (a.k.a., ProSupport) for all hardware for five (5) years from delivery date.
