The construction of an equipment storage building on the Paramedic Service facility/administration property will be located at Renfrew County Place, 450 O'Brien Road, Renfrew, Ontario. The 50' x 36' storage building will be used to house emergency response equipment. The County's objective is to award a contract to the successful tenderer who can demonstrate the ability to deliver a high quality, well managed project for the construction of the storage building. Work is to include but not limited to all labour, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, permits, disposal and incidentals required to complete this work. Please note that the 50' x 36' storage building to be built already has a completed and inspected (CBO Renfrew) insulated slab on grade pad.
