As of April 8, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Sitework Contract includes pavement milling/paving and sidewalk reconstruction. The General Construction contract includes hazardous flooring material abatement, vinyl tile flooring, gymnasium floor refinishing, gymnasium ceiling painting and cleaning of exterior precast concrete. The Mechanical Contract includes replacement of 2 rooftop chillers. The Electrical Contract includes replacement of an emergency generator and exterior lighting at the South High School cupola. Bidders are required to furnish a Proposal Guaranty of 10 percent of the amount of the Proposal, either by bank cashier's check, payable to the Owner, or by Bid Bond, conforming to law, and satisfactory to Owner.
