Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cascade, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Cascade (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Pine Street Pedestrian Improvements The Project consist of approximately construction of approximately 750 ft of asphalt pedestrian pathway along Pine Street. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier s check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Cascade, Idaho as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Cascade reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of The City of Cascade.
