Renovation of a mixed-use development in Morehead City, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Carteret Community College is seeking to replace existing hot water and chilled water mechanical lines to our existing HVAC system in the McGee building. The actuator valves to those lines will be replaced as well that controls the water temp/flow to the Air Handlers. All domestic water shut off valves, water heaters, and exterior hose bibs to the existing water lines will be replaced for the plumbing to the building.
