Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF WORK: The Project is generally described as: Replacement of Two (2) Sewage Ejector Pumps. The estimated construction value of the Work is $25,000. Performance and Payment Bonds, each equivalent to 100% of the Contract Price, will be required upon award of Contract from the Contractor as part of the terms of the Contract for this project. Start Date of Construction: March 1, 2024 Final Completion: March 31, 2024 Construction Period: 31 Calendar Days Scope of Work: Contractor shall furnish labor and material to perform the following work: 1. Remove and dispose two (2) sewage ejector pumps, including motors, impellers, electrical disconnect switches and all related mechanical and electrical accessories; remove, dispose all the debris in the sump and clean the sump completely; 2. Disconnect, remove and dispose existing temporary sewer pipe from the main sewer pipe and re-connect existing sewer pipe to the main sewer pipe; 3. Install two (2) sewage ejector pumps, (see specification below), including motors, impellers, electrical disconnect switches and all related mechanical and electrical accessories; 4. After replacement and all necessary or related accessories, performs testing, adjusting and start-up and put the new sewage ejector pumps into a safe and efficient operation.
