Division Avenue & Main Street Sidewalk Site Address: City of Craigmont City: Craigmont County: Lewis State/Province: ID Site Directions: Division Avenue, from Boulevard Avenue to Main Street; and sidewalk on Main Street (U.S. Highway 95 Business Loop) between Division Avenue to the City Park. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Project includes the following Work: Construction of new sidewalk and ADA ramps including curb, gutter, paving, aggregate base, and storm water management improvements on Division Avenue, from Boulevard Avenue to Main Street; and sidewalk on Main Street (U.S. Highway 95 Business Loop) between Division Avenue to the City Park. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner.
