Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project consists of replacement of existing steam fired domestic water storage tanks with new instantaneous steam fired water heaters. Additionally, the steam pressure reducing valve station is being replaced to eliminate medium pressure steam service. New steam relief valves and venting are being provided for the connected steam load. Furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, appliances, equipment, services, etc., necessary for Replace Water Heaters, Chestnut Hall, JCTC Downtown Campus, Louisville, Kentucky, as set forth in the specifications and as shown on the drawings prepared by JR Epps, CMTA, Inc., and approved by the Department for Facilities and Support Services of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and under the terms and conditions to this Request for Bid.
