Bangor Township Schools will be receiving sealed proposals for the Outdoor Classroom Pavilion at the following District Building, located in Bay City, Michigan 48706. Project will be required to comply with the latest minimum Federal Wage requirements as noted in the attached Davis-Bacon wage rates and document. 1. 5% Bid Bond (REQUIRED). See Bid Form for "Deductive Alternate" information. 2. 100% Labor, Material & Performance Bonds will be required for this project, from the awarded bidder. 3. Certificate of Insurance will be required from the accepted bidder, per bid specification. March 1, 2024 Notice to Proceed June 7, 2024 Start Construction & Order Equipment August 16, 2024 Substantially Complete Question Deadline 02/16/2024.
